Our story
Riders helping riders since 2016.
Pedalcrest Cycles started as a small repair shop on Portland’s Hawthorne Boulevard. Today we ship carefully tuned road, mountain, gravel, city, electric and kids bikes to riders across all 50 US states — but we still run things the way a neighborhood bike shop should.
Tuned by real mechanics
Every bike is unboxed, inspected, adjusted and test-shifted by our certified mechanics in Portland before it ships to you.
Honest specs, fair prices
We sell direct, so you get quality components without the showroom markup. What you see on the page is what arrives at your door.
Support after the sale
Questions about assembly, sizing or maintenance? Our team answers by phone and email six days a week.
