Warranty Policy

Every product we sell is backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser, when used under normal riding conditions.

E-bike batteries are warranted to retain at least 70% of their original capacity for 2 years or 500 full charge cycles, whichever comes first.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear on parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes, cables, grips and bar tape.
  • Damage caused by crashes, impacts, jumps, abuse, neglect or improper assembly or maintenance.
  • Commercial or rental use, or use in competitive downhill or freeride events.
  • Modifications or installation of non-compatible parts.
  • Labor costs for removing or installing parts, unless performed by us.

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email support@pedalcrestcycles.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and may ask you to send the item in using a prepaid label we provide.
  3. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at no charge. If the original model is no longer available, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value.

Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
