Accepted payment methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure checkout:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (on supported devices)

We do not accept cash on delivery, checks or wire transfers for online orders.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged when you place your order. If an item becomes unavailable or your order is cancelled before shipping, we issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Secure checkout

Checkout is processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. All payment information is encrypted over HTTPS. Pedalcrest Cycles never sees or stores your full card number.

Pricing and currency

All prices on our Site are in US dollars (USD) and include the product only. Shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy and are displayed at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Sales tax

Sales tax is collected where required by state law, based on your shipping address. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Promotions and price changes

Prices and promotions may change at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed. Promotional codes cannot be applied to past orders and cannot be combined unless stated.
